Return Eligibility Timeline |
Customers must contact Us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Approved items must be shipped back to Us within 14 days of the delivery date. |

Returns After 14 Days |
Returns received after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund. However, such returns may be approved for store credit only, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery. |

Condition of Returned Items |
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging, boxes, and certificates (if applicable). Any loss in value due to handling or improper packaging will be the buyer’s responsibility. |

Return Shipping Responsibility |
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Diamond Affaire is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. |

Inspection & Refund Processing |
Once the returned item is received and inspected, We will notify You via email to confirm receipt and approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection. |

Damaged or Defective Items |
If an item arrives damaged or defective, You must notify Us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and order details. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. |

Cancellation Policy |
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this timeframe. Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained. |

Refund Method |
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable. |
